Mornings are my favorite part of the day ☀️. I always start with a big glass of water to wake up my body 💧. Then I put on some soft music and stretch for a few minutes — it really helps me feel alive and present 🎶. I try not to check my phone right away, just to keep my mind clear. A healthy breakfast and a quick to-do list give me a sense of control and calm. These small habits make a big difference in how my day flows. Taking care of myself in the morning feels like a gift I give to the rest of the day 💛
