I love starting my mornings with a sense of calm and purpose π . The first thing I do is make myself a warm cup of coffee β itβs like a little hug in a mug β. I usually take a few minutes to stretch or do some light yoga to wake up my body π§. Then I spend some quiet time journaling or reading something inspiring. It helps me set the tone for a productive and positive day. I avoid checking my phone right away, and instead focus on being present. Mornings like this make me feel grounded and ready to take on anything πͺ.
