I love starting my mornings with a sense of calm and intention π . There's something special about waking up early, making a cup of coffee β, and enjoying a few quiet moments before the world gets loud. I usually take time to stretch or do a short meditation π§ββοΈβit helps me feel grounded and ready for the day. Music also plays a big part in my routine, especially something soft and uplifting.
