I love starting my mornings slowly, with a cup of coffee in my favorite mug ☕.
There’s something so peaceful about those first quiet moments before the world fully wakes up.
I usually light a candle or open the window to let some fresh air in 🕯️🌿.
My journal is always nearby — just a few thoughts on paper help me feel grounded.
Sometimes I stretch a little, play soft music, or simply sit in silence.
It’s not always perfect, but this little ritual sets the tone for my whole day.
