I love starting my mornings with a slow cup of coffee ☕️ and some quiet time to myself. There's something magical about the early hours when the world is still asleep 🌅. I usually light a candle or some incense to set a calm vibe 🕯️. After that, I take a few minutes to journal or write down my thoughts. It helps me feel grounded and ready for the day. Sometimes I stretch or do a quick meditation 🧘♀️—just to wake up my body and mind. Starting my day with intention makes everything feel more balanced
