I love starting my mornings with a sense of peace and purpose 🌅. The first thing I do is make a warm cup of coffee or tea — it instantly lifts my mood ☕. I usually take a few minutes to stretch or do some light yoga to wake up my body 🧘♀️. Then I spend some quiet time journaling or reading something inspiring. I find that these small rituals help me stay focused and grateful throughout the day. No matter how busy life gets, carving out this time for myself makes a huge difference. Mornings have truly become my favorite part of the day 🌞.
