This morning I woke up earlier than usual and, for the first time in a long time, decided not to immediately reach for my phone βοΈ Instead, I made myself some jasmine tea, opened the window, and just listened to the city slowly waking up. It was surprisingly peaceful β no rush, no thoughts about work, just me and the gentle breeze. Then I took a notebook and started writing a list of small joys that I want to bring back into my life. For example, walks without headphones, candlelit dinners, and reading before bed πβ¨. I realized that happiness is often hidden in such simple things, but we just don't notice them. Now I want to start every morning with a moment of silence β at least for five minutes. How do you start your day? πΈπ
