Hey guys, I've been shaking for a couple of days now and can't sleep, I was shaking all night last night and I'm still shaking now, I know it's my anxiety...I didn't want it to come back, I'll consider taking psych meds again, I'll keep posting and being there for you. But right now I'm very sick, sorry about that.

Hei ragazzi, è da un paio di giorni che tremo e non riesco a dormire, stanotte ho tremato tutta la notte e sto tremando anche adesso, so che è la mia ansia.. non volevo tornasse, valuterò se prendere di nuovo psicofarmaci, continuerò a postare e ad esserci per voi. Ma in questo momento sto molto male, mi dispiace per questo.
