Yes yes yes ?? The doctor cleared me to start working out after my eye surgery so I filmed my work out last night I’m out of town right now as we speak picking up my dog with my daughter :-) but when I get back next week I’ll edit the work out video and share it with you because I’m training differently as I am recovering from my surgery and I did a really interesting style work out that I can’t wait to share with you.
