All I could get before my phone memory filled up 🤣
If you're new here, Tues-Thurs are my busiest days- I'm on less during those days, and today I had appointments till late. I'll be back on & in messages over the weekend!
I am WOOPED. I'm now training 2-3x a day. Those changes hit like a truck and I'm adjusting my schedule, finding out where work training meals supplements and REST fit now. Thank you for bearing with me this week!
It's getting down to the wire with critical points like posing suit, performance piece, cutting music, booking flights, hotels, contracts, a new HUGE event to prepare for in 2 wk in Arizona, while navigating a new wellness Dr that I am putting all my chips on to optimize my size and cut. All those appointments are later in the day, creating 16-18 hour days, almost every single day.
What I love about this clip, is how you can see I'm heavier than I HAVE EVER BEEN this close to a show!!! Looking full from a splash meal and only going to tighten up overnight. Every single day are improvements!! Strength is stable, no losses there 😈
