the numbers were dropping scary quickly. i wasn’t really able to eat Christmas dinner or enjoy any of the holiday treats. everything i put in my mouth including water tasted like a combination of rotting meat, burning rubber, and sewage. i was absolutely miserable.
i was finally on the mend, i had a bit more energy physically but mentally i was exhausted, and emotionally i was in crisis yet again. i had no idea this was only the beginning of the real struggle with long-COVID and parosmia.
