finally getting somewhere with the numbers on the scale 😇 this was such a beautiful time in my life!
i loved the hairdresser i began seeing and i was feeling so confident in myself and my abilities - both in feedism and in daily life.
i survived my first “real” winter and was stoked to see my first spring in the region.
