Insane workout today! Brutal!
This might be my Number one tip in building WILL POWER to push yourself in bigger harder surf…do really hard workouts, not saying lift something super heavy and hurt your self, im saying program something that is way outside your comfort zone and force yourself to finish! You wont just get more fit, you will turn your WILL POWER to IRON
Run trail
25 Dumbell clean n jerk
Run to box (halfway into field)
25 burpee box jumps
Run back dumbell
25 clean n jerk
Farmer carry to far end field
25 dumbell clean n jerk
Run to box
25 burpee box jumps
Run back to dumbell
25 dumbell clean n jerk
Farmer carry back across field to finish
