Morning is my reset point, and I try to start it by taking care of myself 🌅 First, a glass of water and some stretching to wake up my body. Then, 5 minutes of breathing or meditation to tune in internally. I like to put on some calm music and drink my coffee without rushing, just watching the morning unfold. I also make sure to write down 3 things I'm grateful for — it fills me up from the inside. These simple steps make me feel focused, calm, and energetic. What makes your morning special? ☕️💛🧘‍♀️
