Sometimes the best therapy is to just get out into nature and breathe fully. πΏ Birdsong, rustling leaves and light wind soothe better than any words. I love walking barefoot on the grass and feeling the earth under my feet fill me with strength. Nature always reminds me how important it is to be in the moment. It's when I feel truly aliveπ
