💪 My love for sports isn't about having the perfect body, it's about the thrill of movement!
I used to force myself to go to the gym even when I didn't want to, until I realized that sports should bring joy, not guilt 😊 Now I love to dance as best I can (the main thing is emotion, not technique!), swim until dawn, and do yoga in the park while listening to the birds sing 🧘♀️
Every workout is my way of thanking my body for its strength and endurance, not punishing it for eating an extra cookie 🍪💖
