🌼 Personal: how I know that I am truly happy
It's not the big events, but the quiet moments: when I catch myself humming for no reason, or when I don't want to snooze my alarm clock “for another five minutes” in the morning
Well being is when there are no obsessive “shoulds” in my head, and my body feels light, as if I'm carrying a balloon instead of a bag. When I can say “I'm tired” without shame and order pizza for dinner, even if there's a healthy salad in the fridge 😋
