I went out for a walk today and didn't regret it for a second. The air is fresh, the leaves on the trees are rustling, and the sky seems infinitely high. As I walked, I caught every detail around me, as if I were absorbing small pieces of peace. Sometimes it's enough just to go out and walk around to make it easier inside 💘
