My first goal of the summer is to get back into a morning routine. I was slipping in 2019 and 2020 pushed all my efforts off a cliff. What sucks is back in High School during my senior year I had such a great morning routine and I was very disciplined about it. Now, everything feels upside down. Hopefully, that's about to change, because I started filming for my vlogs and I'm starting to wake up earlier and exercise a bit.
So far, my morning routine looks like this:
- Wake up
- Eat breakfast
- Nude Tai Chi
- Read
- Get ready for Work
Later on, I want to add to it. I'm currently waking up at 5:45/5:50 and I want to wake up at 5 am. I also want to do morning bike rides. I used to be able to ride my bike for an hour or an hour and a half which was great, but now I'm fat. Anyway, that's my plan so far.
