I am an easy weight gainer but also easy weight loser! I can get really fanatic! My workouts are just running long distances. Pretty boring but a good podcast always helps ❤ Sometimes when i'm running in the park, I secretly hope someone recognizes me, takes me aside and fucks me haha. I really look at guys like ''Oh i'd let him fuck me''! That is new to me.

I took the hardest workout plan possible. ''Training for a marathon''
Last day I went running with a friend and he said something very interesting.
He said. ''Oh, I cannot run for 30 minutes straight!''
I said : ''I always imagen myself in extreme situations. Imagen that you NEED to run an entire marathon right now, or everyone you care about dies. Would you run that marathon?''
He said : ''Yes of course i would''
I said : ''So you are actually able to run a marathon right now, it's just your belief and mindset that limits you''
