Hello, from my clinic visit. It’s a good idea to go to your primary care provider and have them give u those blue/break-away rectal & throat swabs. 👌🏿 U can put one in ur mouth and put the other one up into ur butt. 🍑 💯 it’s a good idea from time-to-time.
