Waterfall Cold Dip w/ @FitChickRae 🥶💧
Most often than not, I’m the crazy one of the crew suggesting we strip off all our clothes and plunge into natural waters, but not this time!😅
It’s been more chilly in SoCal that what I’m used to as the AZ native I am, and even after warming myself up by hiking and scrambling down a bunch of boulders to show Rae this hidden waterfall gem, I wasn’t feeling inclined to do so until she turned to me and said, “Duh, of course we’re going in!” LOL
That’s all it really took for me to get the motivation, and I’m so happy I sucked it up and did it cause dangggg did I have fun and felt SO enlivened and energized and connected afterwards✨🦋🌀 (You’ll see what I mean when I post the video of us post-cold dip tomorrow…😂)
Oh and don’t be hatin’ cause I didn’t dunk down to my shoulders either…🤫shhhh it still counts heheh
