What happens when you combine a salad with shrimp scampi? This amazing piece of lunchtime foodporn. Three cheese alfredo, parmasean, and mozzarella top this mashup of lettuce, red onion, bacon bits, shrimp, baby carrots, and penne pasta. This experiment was absolutely delish. 🥬🧀🍤
