This last week I've received some extra encouragement from an overseas encourager. It's been a lot of fun chatting with him and hopefully he can help pack the pounds on. I weighed in after vacation at 339, but the bloat didn't last and I'm down to 334. Hoping the boosts I've been adding in help. 🐷🐷
