A day at the beach does wonders for the soul 🌞 & the skin !!
I ground myself with my feet in the sand, the sun soaking deep through my bones
I absorb energy and life from the sun that helps heal my mind and body 🌟
I go to the ocean when I need to recharge.
Each time I leave with a clear mind, fiery spirit, and glowing tan skin 🧡
