Well the deal with the Devil is off. The Devil is going back on his word, (no real surprise there) and so we are just trying to find someone to invest with us or just sell this pos of a house. My father in law wants us to cut corners and just do it his way but the county wants us to do this house as a rebuild new construction not a remodel. So everything from top plate to bottom plate has to be brand new. Too much fire damage for us to slap lipstick on a pig and make it work.
