Well we are going to sell this house and get some land and build a brand new house. We just don't have the funds to build this like brand new or keeping it the way it is slap lipstick on this pig and be done with it, we got approval for that, but insurance will cost us arm, two legs and a private part. Too much money either way. So dumping this POS and moving
