I wish my husband would make up his damn mind about this damn house. I thought him and I were in agreement that we would sell this P.O.S and get out of this town and this house and start with fresh... but... interest rates are high, not many people are buying especially a house like this, it needs more work done to it so we can get more money from it. (damn it) so we are in this P.O.S a bit longer to allow interest rates to come down and other things. FUCK lol
