Okay so I am going to try what I did during the competitons with my eating and see if that will help me loose more.
I am going to do 3 off and 1 on. If you don't know what that means. It means I do 3 days no carbs and 1 day of carbs. So three days I eat egg white omlete for breakfast, lunch and dinner I have a salad with chicken or turkey in it. No popcorn no sherbert no snacks at all. The 1 day I get to eat my cereal, my chicken salad on my wheat bread or wrap.
So Yes I am getting stricter on my diet. I don't like the fact that I am back at 173lbs. I want the scale to go down not up!!!
