I know it’s not the usual type of ✨content✨ you see here. But I’m super proud of getting back into fitness… especially working on cardio. I’ve been scared of running because I keep focusing on the difference in my body now and what I could do while I was in the military. And it really takes a hit to my mental health, so honestly I just never tried. I focused only on strength training because…. Well that’s what I’m good at so it’s easy wins. So this week I finally got over it and tried. I’m not passing any PT tests right now, and I’m taking it slow. But I felt a little less broken today and that’s a huge win. 🥳 (for sure paying for this one tomorrow though lol)
