I have the day off, so I thought I'd share my daily stretching routine.
I follow '5 Min Daily Stretch - An everyday, full body routine' by MadFit on youtube.
Stretching has really helped with my neck and hip pain, and I it's been a nice, easy intro into working out.
I plan to share more workout vids. I'm hoping I'll be able to look back at the progress I've made. :)
