3 sets of 15 reps on each exercise.
2 times per week.
I train with lighter weights and more reps for less impact on joints.
1 - 1/2 hour workout.
Rack Pulls
Leg Extention
Leg Extension Single leg
Hip Abbduction
Bulgarian Squats
Single leg hamstring curls
Hip Adduction
Butt blasters
Cable squats with rope
I always finish with lunges.
