As the results of the election rolled in I felt muffled. I was disappointed but not surprised and in order to move forward with grace and compassion, I had to spend a morning in Ritual. So instead of jumping into the work of the day, I chose to spend it in pleasure.

This is what that looked like - dance, bathing, enjoying tea, and stroking for pleasure but not climax.
