Took a day to reset my nervous system in a Sauna and Cold Plunge yesterday, and I'm feeling back at ease!! I get to see the pups tomorrow when I meet up with Corwin and head back to Oregon!!

I’ve been dealing with a sinus infection since Monday so I’ve been pretty low-energy this week, but I’m finally starting to feel a bit better today. Just got back from a dog walk but I’m staying in and resting for the rest of the night so I can hopefully jump back into my routine tomorrow. I hope you’re enjoying the weekend ☺️
