How do I stop stressing out??
I’ve already taken the exam, and the results aren’t out yet. But I just can’t relax! I’ve already convinced myself that I failed everything! 😖
I know it’s not the end of the world. Even if I didn’t pass, I’ll be able to retake it. But my brain won’t stop repeating that I messed it all up! I can’t even properly rest — it’s just total chaos in my head!!! 😬
I’m already starting to think about plan B, just in case I didn’t pass and can’t find a job in this field quickly...
But I really want to get a good score!!
Do you ever feel this way? Are you able to support yourself when things are totally out of your control?..
