This month is mental health awareness month, just a reminder that everyone's mental health is valid and important. Men's mental health isn't focused on as much as women's and I am very aware of this. Just know your mental health is equally as important. The past couple days I've been helping a girlfriend of mine with hers and now she is getting the help she needs and I am so proud of her. I know I'm horrible with keeping up with messages but if you're ever struggling please feel free to leave me a message and vent 💕
