You know, I figured out the phrase "LOVE YOURSELF"!
I've never understood the phrase "loving yourself"
For example, self-care, stress-free, health monitoring... So what? What for? We're not eternal anyway. And I solved this riddle. There is an outside world and our inner world...
And we expect a lot from the outside world.
We expect our friends to never betray.
We expect a loved one to thank us for a carefully chosen gift.
We are expecting a promotion because we tried so hard!
And when something goes wrong, we blame ourselves, what's the matter?!

Just need to turn off expectations from the outside world. I screwed up myself. All expectations should be directed only at you, that is, internal. Only you, your thoughts, your condition and your actions😇
