I couple weeks ago I had to return to Vermont for a family emergency, which lead to a lot of back up with personal training clients on top of the holidays. My family member’s surgery went well and I’ve managed to get caught back up. Thank you all for your patience during this time, and I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday!
