Today I couldn’t concentrate in yoga at all… my sports bra felt a little too short, my boobs kept slipping just enough to make me blush, and I swear the whole time I was thinking about what kind of “trouble” I wanted to get into after class.
I kept biting my lip, and wondering… would anyone notice if I let my mind wander? Being the “good girl” isn’t always easy when all I want is to break the rules just a little.
Maybe tomorrow I’ll wear my spandex just a little higher, maybe I’ll sit in the back row and let my imagination run wild. It feels so exciting having my own secret while doing the downward dog.
