As this year marches on, I will be diving into a lot of intellectual and yogic concepts that will help y’all have a happier and healthier life. My personal goal is to work on Root chakra all year, as I want to strengthen and fortify my foundation, so I can build upon it for years to come with out having to reestablish it too often.
