Root chakra is about nesting and being a home body so cleaning and rearranging is perfect. I like to do body stretching, yoga, and breath work. Main things I stretch at first and usually every morning: lower back from sitting too much, neck and shoulders from looking down at my phone too much, and spine to warm it up to prepare it for general life movement for the day.
