I already know this is gonna be a touchy subject but yolo… MEAT !
This past month, I have been absolutely disgusted by meat. I don’t trust any of the meat we buy from stores. And I’m not sure I would continue to eat meat even if I got it directly from a farm that has ethical farming practices.
Eating meat just feels wrong for me now.
It used to taste good, but now I’m absolutely
repulsed. Im feeling proud of myself & happy that I won’t be eating meat anymore.
I already eat a ton of vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains and beans, I have a great variety in my diet as is so I don’t think this change will be hard for me.
My advice: Try to be more aware of what you
consume, think about what ur putting into your body, think more about the things you purchase.
And if ur capable, or willing, think about the effects of your purchase. Consider the environment,
Animals, the carbon footprint, and what it really takes to get the food to ur plate.
Different advice : try more meatless meals once or twice a week🤷♀️ incorporate more veggies and
variety into your meals.
