i was supposed to queue the rest of the week before departing on my road trip… except my road trip plans changed last minute and we left half a day earlier than planned so fuck me 🫠
but we have officially landed at the Airbnb and the first thing i’m doing is uploading because i feel awful for being so off my game the last couple weeks. i have another trip coming up a week after i return home from this one, so i’m going to have to suck it up and queue, as much as i hate not being interactive and experiencing all of this alongside you.
without further ado,
September rolled around and i found myself staying at an Airbnb in a tiny idyllic town in Connecticut. i spent the whole week eating, exploring, and trying to figure out what my next move would be. unfortunately just as i rolled into town, i rolled my ankle and copped a grade 2 sprain on my bad side (bad because i’ve sprained it at least once a year since i was able to walk - ironically as i write this, it’s fucking sprained, i rolled my ankle last night when we were just about finished loading the car for the trip) so my adventures were hindered by my sudden lack of mobility 😬
